Hi-Cap UK is non-religious. All UK work is voluntary, All funding is checked by results local value for money is sought. We work at the sharp end to make sure that need's are met correctly and efficiently. The founder Freda Casagrande visits Nepal to meet with the children and families & to ensure support has been arranged and assess for others in need. She works within communities & makes common sense decisions with the help of her trustees to ensure Practical Action.

• Identify families in real need, through visiting & investigation.
• Identify their basic needs & work towards provision to release them from poverty.
